Ross as the CEO of My Back Office is responsible for the overall operations of the company. He is also the President of Client Services division of My Back Office, which performs the accounting and consulting functions. Ross earned his Accounting Degree from Michigan State University. After Graduation Ross worked as a CPA for BDO Siedman in Grand Rapids, MI. In
1989 Ross purchased an accounting practice in Jackson MI. Ross has an ability to analyze financial information and make meaningful recommendations for positive change. Ross is known for being honest and upfront with his clients, you might not like what he has to tell you but your going to get the truth, not some sugar coated version presented by most accountants.
Since 2000 Ross has studied as much about marketing and business management as possible so he can have the greatest effect when consulting with his clients.
